All orders placed online after business hours will be processed the next day.  Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed the following business day.  All orders are generally shipped within 7-10 business days unless otherwise specified.  Large orders may require some additional lead time.  Lead time varies during the holiday season.  Please place your holiday orders early to ensure on-time delivery.

Refunds and Returns:  You may return items sold and fulfilled by NeverForgetGifts.com within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund.  We’ll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.); otherwise your refund will be less the cost of shipping.

Shipping:  Items shipped from NeverForgetGifts.com are shipped via US Postal Service or Fedex or UPS.  Shipping charges are applicable and are determined by item size and weight, destination and arrival date.  A physical address is required for all shipments.  We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.  Customers will be charged for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being provided to us.
